Pleasure In Platonia II

A quiet stroll on the boardwalk after talks over tiramisu and irish coffee. Streaks of light fading into the summer night. Ocean waves conducted into patterns we could barely see, just as the distant moon. Shapes of scattered vessels floating amid the choirs of the gentle wind, and monuments yonder – built by generations from before – which we observed with awe, and they reminded us that we had better grasp the moment and savour all that it evoked, and so we got closer and I got lost in her.

Extremely evocative writing, Heath. The scene you have created is beautiful.
