Trains, Vendors & Passengers

A pair of legs and a catchphrase;
Bags of sweets, snacks and some cigarettes.
The masters of crowded carriages,
And jesters to those going about their days.
He knows the platforms and their ways;
She knows how ‘they’ behave.
But do they ever listen to what you say?
And are they willing to part with their hay?
