Before laying a foundation in thought.
Then layer with more observation
To avoid walls that are blind
Or a dull coat.
Let penning down be the roofing
And rewriting – the furnishing.

I love this poem. It is very insightful. I have learned he hard way that we must rewrite our scripts as we live our lives. To be committed to one train of thought is dangerous. I wrote a blog about this idea.
