For Love’ s Sake

Heart trembling like an earthquake,
body shaking – thinking back to happier days
but also on past mistakes.

Mind running like a lava lake,
emotions finally flowing to the surface
but still can’t see through the ash clouds.

World shaken
Soul burnt

Word spoken
Lesson learnt

Carbon Current

Earth child

Devouring knowledge

Eyes wide-open

Observing

He perceives

Only his own truths

Qualified by his experience

All else he questions

Knowing in his work lie the answers

A mastermind

He understands he’s the creator

He employs his endowments

And wears his celestial nature

But always aware of the pending danger

And his enemies’ advances

Which are but motivation

For he is already in the afterlife

Because he is ready to die fighting back

And now you feel his presence

You see his world, his vision

You’re invited to join in the victory

Glorious to most and

Pyrrhic only in the eyes of those whose reigns

Are of necessity and not spirit

And now he has you here

In heaven – he hopes

Or there –

In the hell of scientific culture –

Your choice!

Purple Chorus

stars on top of each other,

leaves and pods bouncing on air,

enjoying the pure inhalations and my surroundings –

feet firmly on the earth…

outside my body

as much as in…

a golden aureole vibrating like a candle flicker,

harmonising as the conductor to my choir…

the hand writes as the mind manifests –

alive and dead,

one

whole.

3.4

When the distinction between greatness and success is clear in a man’s mind, he is put to instantaneous action – remaining dilligent… ensuring the flame of passion for his life’s work is kindled – making the present his destiny.

Never End

It was our last night together…

I was to leave for good.

We’d been more than friends — lovers

dealing the best we could….

We’d always made good love

but that time the sea of emotions was tiding high

and I felt as if my heart had been halved

when a tear fell out of her eye and the end was nigh.

Living On The Surge II

Your voice in my head is the inspiration

to my compositions – I feel like Chopin.

And the images I draw from memory

of us —  exploring…

as if high on lotus flowers

and trying to make it last some thousand years

like the Turin Erotic Papyrus.

3.3

Why should a man fear losing what he has rightfully earned if Right Action is Real Life’s greatest reward – from which the most delightful complements of Real Living stem?

But… perhaps the right question should be:

What is Right Action?

or rather:

How does one Act Right?
