Mary Jingle

A great one once wrote that
‘To give away yourself keeps yourself still, And you must live, drawn by your own sweet skill.’

So on this 25th
I sing to you sweet muse
the sounds of my love’s rhythm.

And I promise to love you ’til you feel my soul.
Even if only through these poems.

Remember, and the wise one I’ll again quote
‘So long as men can breathe or eyes can see, So long lives this, and this gives life to thee.’

Keep inspiring me
forevermore.
