Virgin on a Vernal Evening

The start of summer in the southern hemisphere
Is a reminder of her and I way back when
We used to spend warm nights under the stars
On Karrimor sleeping bags in the middle of nowhere

Rendezvous undeterred
When romance had no cares
But all that seems a world away
Because now like an unimpassioned virgin on the love gauge I’d fare

  1. As the heat makes its way from our side of the Equator to yours, let the steam rise and envelop your souls with bliss.

A most wonderful well wish, thank you. Let the chill winds refresh you and the clouds/rain give you plenty reasons to cuddle.

A lovely memory, but nostalgic. You move toward summer and fall is perfect to savor here. I will think of winter when it appears.
