The Culture of Concurring with Chiefs
Posted: December 14, 2016 | Author: Heath Muchena | Filed under: Character Sayings |2 CommentsSooner or later in the workplace
You’ll encounter those who catapult and champion ideas
But only on the surface, if not for the sake of it
Since what they really yearn for are audiences
On the other hand, there’ll be those who on principle, pretend to listen
And act as if they share their leader’s vision
Even when there’s no harmony between the ambition and intended method of execution or attempt at realisation
Which makes flawed ideas seem normal and acceptable
Since normal is nothing more than a consensus
And all too often little to do with being capable or prodigious
To the detriment of otherwise potentially lucrative ventures
